How can I download and save my purchased products?
After purchase, you’ll receive an email with a download link. Click it to access the download page, select your files, and click “Download.” Save them to your device. Check spam if you don’t see the email, or contact support.
What payment methods are available?
We accept multiple payment methods (Apple Pay, Mada, Visa, Mastercard ).
If you choose to pay via bank transfer, please note that processing takes longer as we need to verify the transaction before delivering the product. The buyer is responsible for any transfer fees.
When will I receive my digital products?
Digital products are delivered immediately after completing the purchase and do not require shipping. If a product requires shipping, the estimated delivery time will be mentioned at checkout. Please read the instructions carefully.
